What happens to our old notebook and spreadsheet records?
We plan the migration with you before launch. Records that already exist in spreadsheets can be imported; handwritten records are usually brought in from an agreed cut-off date, with the notebook kept as a reference for anything older. We agree that cut-off during requirement gathering so nothing is lost by surprise.
