The Video Brand Kit — your video rulebook
Think of it as the visual rules every video follows. The animation your videos open with. The end card they close on. The name strip that appears under a speaker. Where captions sit and what font they use. The thumbnail template. Your colours, your typefaces, your music direction.
We build it once, before the retainer starts. After that every video is made to those rules, which is what makes twenty videos look like one brand instead of twenty separate experiments. If you already have brand guidelines, we extend those into motion rather than starting over.
What is not in the monthly fee: Travel outside Coimbatore, studio hire, paid actors, licensed stock beyond our Epidemic Sound subscription, and paid promotion budget. We quote these separately and only when you ask. Every package includes the raw exports of anything we publish for you.

How the money-back guarantee works
It covers the first month of any package. From day one every deliverable is logged in a shared tracker — what was due, when it was delivered, and your written feedback — so both sides always have the evidence.
You qualify for the full refund if any of these happened in month one: we delivered fewer videos than your package promises; we missed agreed deadlines even after you flagged it in writing; or you raised the same quality concern in writing three or more times and we failed to act on it.
What it does not cover: delays caused by approvals pending on your side for more than 3 business days, scope changed mid-month, or disappointment with views and reach in the first 30 days. We guarantee delivery and quality. Reach takes longer than a month, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling you something.
To claim: one email within 7 days of receiving your month-one report, pointing to the tracker entries. Refund processed within 14 days. Anything we already published stays yours; unused footage and project files remain ours.

How much do your video marketing services cost?
Founding-client packages are listed in the packages section above, locked for 12 months and available to our first five retainer clients only. One-time projects, such as the Video Brand Kit, are quoted separately.
You have not done this for a client before. Why should we go first?
Because you get founding pricing, a money-back first month, and a team that has already published 400+ videos on its own three channels. What you take on is being our first video account. What we take on is that your results become our case study. That is the trade, and we would rather say it plainly than pretend we have a portfolio we do not have.
Who actually makes the videos?
Our in-house team in Coimbatore. Scripts, edit, motion graphics, thumbnails and captions. Nothing is passed to a freelancer marketplace.
Do you use AI to make videos?
Yes — for avatars, some animation and some generated assets. Every AI-generated video we publish is labelled as such, on our channels and on yours. Scripts and story decisions are human, and you approve them.
Do we need to be on camera?
No. Avatar, animated, mascot and explainer formats need a script and an approval, nothing more. If you do want to be on camera, we will make that easy too.
How long until video does anything for us?
Short-form usually shows measurable signal — views, profile visits, enquiries — in 4 to 8 weeks. Building a channel takes 6 to 12 months. We report both monthly so you always know which is which.
Can you run our podcast end to end?
Yes. Guest outreach, question design, recording, edit, clips, thumbnails and publishing. It is exactly what we do on The Retention Code, and the reason we can quote it honestly.
What if we do not have brand guidelines for video?
We build a Video Brand Kit before the retainer starts — intro, outro, lower thirds, caption style, thumbnail system and music direction — so everything published from day one is consistent.
Who owns the footage?
You own everything we publish for you, and you get the raw exports. Unused footage and project files stay with us unless your contract says otherwise.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Our packages and pricing are designed for Indian businesses. Our team has delivered retained work for international clients on the content and SEO side, so if you are overseas, write to us and we will see whether it is a fit.
What is in the monthly report?
What we published, how each piece performed, what we learned from it, and what we will do differently next month — in plain English, plus a review call.
Can you do thumbnails without the video work?
Yes. It is the one part of this that works as a standalone retainer. If you already produce video and it is not getting clicked, we can build you a thumbnail system and produce against it every month without touching your edit.
